My sessions are centered on the integration of psychological self-awareness and spiritual growth. I believe that true healing happens when we illuminate the subconscious patterns and wounds that drive our behavior. By bringing these aspects into conscious light, we unlock the door to genuine healing and lasting transformation.
My background is rooted in deep a deep understanding of self. Learning a lot of how emotions drive us and understanding the ego's complex role in the psyche. My guidance is designed to help you dismantle past trauma and false beliefs. I focus on uncovering the 'why' behind your internal battles, paving the way for healing.
Through my dedicated sessions and intensive workshops, I provide the essential tools to understand and navigate your inner world. I am committed to helping you move from a state of reactive survival to one of conscious freedom.
Responsibility
Personal responsibility is the cornerstone of any transformative process, serving as the bridge between acknowledging a challenge and actively creating change. In the context of healing and personal development, it is not about assigning blame for the past, but about reclaiming the power to choose how you feel now in the present.
Courage
True transformation requires courage to face often difficult pasts and deep hurts. We often turn away from these feelings because we feel they are too much to bare and resort to all kinds of coping mechanisms. By having the courage to face these feelings we can create incredible change and be free of them.

Personal Sessions
A space for your personal transformation and growth
In my personal sessions I assist you on your path through guidance and worksheets. I assist in connecting with the different parts of self, like the Inner Child and Higher Self. Through guided worksheets I assist in undoing false beliefs, discovering and undoing the cause of pain.
Worksheets
The worksheets we use are dedicated tools for deep personal inquiry, designed to help you identify and undo the false beliefs that have shaped your reality. By providing a clear structure for this internal investigation, they allow you to methodically trace back to and heal the core wounds that often remain hidden. This process moves beyond theory, giving you a practical way to dismantle old narratives and clear the path for genuine, lasting change.
Become Conscious
True transformation is about bringing what is hidden into the light of consciousness. My role is to act as a guide who facilitates the conditions for your own direct realizations and epiphanies. It is through these personal breakthroughs—the moments where you see your own truth—that the most profound and lasting shifts occur.
Guidance
While we are the only ones who can ultimately heal ourselves, it's natural to feel immobilized when we are overwhelmed by our own circumstances. Guidance serves as the vital bridge during these moments, offering the perspective and tools needed to find your way forward. A guide doesn't do the work for you, but rather illuminates the door so you can find the strength to step through it yourself.
Workshops
The Path to Clarity is a one day workshop event. I take a maximum of 6 individuals so that I can work with each person individually.

Part 1: Aspects of Self
The first part is about self discovery and understanding. When you understand where different feelings and thoughts come from, where pain lies and what hinders the healing process, it becomes much easier to find the way forward.
1. Inner child
Learn what the inner child is, how it's connected to your pain, how to communicate and build a relationship with your inner child
3. Consciousness
It's role in the overall scheme of things, why it's powerful and how to use it to it's full ability
2. Ego
What the ego is, how and why it controls your behaviour, how to stop this control and develop a healthy relationship with it
4. Soul
How to invite the unconditional love and understanding from your soul to bring healing and insight
Part 2: Worksheets
A system based on The Work created by Byron Katie to help you to stop the thoughts that are running through your mind creating havoc and also better understand your feelings towards others and the world

Part 3: The Path Forward
This part covers possible reactions and side effects. Many books and methods don’t address this! So we’re going to talk about it.
When you heal something that’s been at the core of your personality, things can happen. Especially when you release anger or trauma that’s been stored up for years. So we’re going to look at what could happen and how to safely deal with it.
