My Journey

For a long time, my life was shaped by the complex aftermath of a difficult childhood, resulting in CPTSD. I always caried deep feelings of guilt, that I would be heavily punished for every mistake and that I wasn't enough—living in a constant cycle of fear and the sense that I was undeserving of love. For years, the victim mindset influenced every part of my life. Despite this, I held an unshakeable determination to discover the truth: why things happen the way they do and how I could truly heal.
This determination led me down many different paths and practices. However, I found that most of them only offer a partial solution; some didn't work because they simply swapped one belief system for another or dressed the wound instead of addressing what caused it.
After some time I began to realize that the only way forward was to 'become conscious'—to become aware of what was going on within me. And so began a spiritual journey where I became aware of different aspects of myself and how things work. For a long time I solely dove into spirituality. It was great to learn about and become aware of the Shadow Self, the Inner Child, Guides, my Higher Self and so much more. I started doing regression therapy and learned a great deal about past lives. I experienced what happens when we die and what it's like to be back home. This gave me a deep sense of peace and understanding. However, the more spiritual work I did, the more things came up to be cleared and for a while I got stuck in the victim mentality.
You see, while spirituality was vital for connecting to my soul and inviting loving energies into my life, it often lacked practical advice for daily struggles—like dealing with intrusive thoughts, repeating behavioural patterns, and overwhelming emotions. That's when I learned about Byron Katie's Worksheets. They are, in my experience, the most powerful tool for transformation. I worked with a healer in South Africa, who introduced the worksheets to me, and she showed me additional questions that can be added to the worksheets to gain additional insight and healing. Later I started to add Inner Child work to the worksheets so that we can heal the emotional body as well.
I started learning more about psychology and different tools that people use to navigate different struggles. Today, I combine the depth of spirituality with the practical tools of psychology to provide a more complete approach, giving others the opportunity to move toward lasting healing and peace.
